type='text'>Las Pruebas fueron...</title><content type='html'>Puntajes por los “Test de Destrezas” serán ganados basados en la habilidad de los atletas para completar cada destreza en el tiempo o peso requerido. Los atletas que terminen primero en cada WOD obtienen 10 puntos por su esfuerzo, 2do lugar obtiene 8 puntos, etc. El ganador/a general del fin de semana tendrá la mayor cantidad de puntos del fin de semana al final de los dos días.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prueba 1 (Sábado) “The Clinic”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En 10 minutos:&lt;br /&gt;• 20 barbell hop&lt;br /&gt;• Máximos Press Empuje(60kg / 40kg)&lt;br /&gt;Cada vez que debas retirar la barra de los hombros para descansar, haz los 20 saltos de barra.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tu puntaje es el número total de Press de Empuje.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saltos de Barra: Saltos laterales sobre la barra. Cada salto es una rep. La altura de la barra la dan los discos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Press de Empuje: En realidad será "desde los hombros a arriba de la cabeza como sea". Por la mañana consistió en huevos, unas papas dulces o fruta. Sarah me hizo algunos panqueques Paleo una mañana tambien. Mientras que en la competencia comí cosas que me caen bien: carne de almuerzo, barras de Lara, un poco de ensalada de pollo de Whole Foods, y un kit de Paleo por aquí por allá. Castañas de cajú y la mantequilla de almendras eran fácilmente accesibles en mi bolso. También estaba tomando bebidas de recuperación de Progenex después de cada entrenamiento para seguir sientiendome bien. En la noche comimos más contundente de nuevo. Las competencias estaban terminando tarde así que me fui de vuelta al hotel y hacer un poco de pollo y papa dulce o algo similar, e ir a la cama.&lt;br /&gt;No cambió mucho desde que yo no quería interrumpir mi sistema digestivo. Creo que la gente se vuelve loca sobre su nutrición durante las competiciones, pero creo que es más importante que se mantenga constante y no cambiar las cosas demasiado y arriesgarse a que tu cuerpo responde de manera diferente de lo que estamos acostumbrados.&lt;br /&gt;    También me bebí MUCHA agua. En parte porque es un tic nervioso, sino también porque puedo tener una gran diferencia al beber más agua en las competiciones largas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;¿Qué comiste ayer? Incluya cantidades si es posible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mañana: 3 claras de huevo una pera, y un bar Acantilado MoJo corriendo por la puerta. No se olvide del café en el camino hacia la primera clase.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Almuerzo: Tuve una ensalada grande con todo tipo de cosas en ella, incluyendo una gran cantidad de carne al almuerzo. Creo que había un acantilado Generador de barra en algún momento en el camino otra vez, no por elección, pero ayer fue un día ajetreado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cena: me comí 2 pechugas de pollo, papas fritas de patata dulce, y un montón de arverjas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;¿Cómo es tu protocolo de recuperación? (sueño, masajes, estiramientos, etc)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un masaje una vez a la semana ... en realidad, cuando tengo algo tenso y no lo puedo ocupar. Aprovecho Progenex recuperacion después de cada entrenamiento y aceite de pescado en las mañanas y las tardes. Esto, junto con dormir bien ha sido realmente útil. El dormir mucho es raro, pero creo que se puede aspirar y trabajar casi todas las veces.&lt;br /&gt;     He encontrado algunos estiramenientos específicos que ayudan a mantener mi buena sensación y trabajo en los que sean necesarios. Cuando la competencia esta más cerca, trato de prestar mucha más atención a esto. Rodar en la espuma, estirar, y ser más consciente de mi sueño una vez que esos días dobles comienzan a acercarse. No quiero vivir toda mi vida así, sin embargo, subir la rampa cuando se necesita, tengo que ser inteligente y no al sobreentrenamiento.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;¿Cuál es la frecuencia de su entrenamiento? Tanto durante el día, en el transcurso de la semana y así sucesivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yo actualmente sigo un ciclo de dos de entrenamiento / uno de descanso, tres de entrenamiento / uno de descanso. Sólo una sesión de entrenamiento al día, no voy a empezar a hacer dos entrenamientos por día hasta que queden ocho semanas para las competencias. Puede que haga algunos ajustes a eso y competir en las seccionales de este año, pero no en los Regionales. Creo que los Regionales están demasiado cerca de los Games y quiero la recuperación. Vamos a ver cómo va el año. Es el primer paso para clasificar a los 2011 CrossFit Games en Los Angeles.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Semanalmente habrá un evento que se anunciará el jueves, y los deportistas tendrán hasta el domingo para completar la prueba y registrar sus tiempos y puntajes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hay dos formas de competir:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Hacerlo en un afiliado registrado, quien validará el resultado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Hacerlo donde sea. Haces el WOD asRx (tal como está prescrito) donde quiera o donde puedas, lo grabas en video, envias el resultado y subes el video a una plataforma que se indicará luego.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un website con más detalles está siendo preparado por CrossFit Headquarters, se lanzará una semana antes de la competencia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si eres un gimnasio afiliado, se te indicará los criterios para Opt-In y participar como anfitriones cada semana.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Opt-In: es un proceso por el cual un gym afiliado puede registrarse como anfitrión para el evento de la semana, declarando que tiene los equipos para las pruebas y que conoce los estándares de los movimientos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Todos los que deseen llegar al “mundial” de CrossFit, deben pasar por este filtro, con lo que asumimos que Latinoamérica está incluída (el año pasado LatAm no requirió pasar por el equivalente, que fueron los sectionals.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;—-&lt;br /&gt;¿Cómo se enfocará el asunto de logística? En un deporte como CrossFit que es único en el sentido que no saber realmente lo que te tocará hacer el día de competencia, hay que básicamente seguir entrenando como siempre. Tan simple y tan complejo a la vez. Pero ¿cuál es la diferencia entre alguien que desea competir en CF y otra que no? Tal vez sea el hecho de que el enfocarte en tus debilidades es aún más crucial. Deja un tiempo en cada entrenamiento para hacerlo, conoce quién eres y hasta donde puedes llegar,...para poder llegar aún más lejos. Servirá además, como preparación para los Regionales Sudamericanos para los CrossFit Games 2011 en Estados Unidos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Fecha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Los Juegos serán el Sábado 02 y Domingo 03 de Abril del 2011. La llegada de los atletas será a las 08:00hrs. de la mañana. Los primeros eventos comenzarán alrededor de las 09:00hrs. y estarían finalizando en la tarde. Horarios más detallados serán posteados prontamente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Lugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CrossFit Santiago, Las Catalpas 17, a pasos del Metro Las Rejas, Santiago de Chile.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Competitores e Inscripciones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Los Juegos 2011 son abiertos a cualquier deportista de gimnasio CrossFit, autodidactas, y/u otros residentes dentro de la República de Chile. El cupo será ilimitado pero las inscripciones se cierran el &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Viernes 11 de Marzo&lt;/span&gt;. El valor de la PRE-INSCRIPCIÓN es de $10,000 pesos hasta el &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;15 de Febrero&lt;/span&gt;, de ahí en adelante tendrá un valor de $12,000 pesos. La inscripción incluye polera del evento y bebestibles. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;NO HABRÁN REEMBOLSOS O CANCELACIONES&lt;/span&gt;. Asegúrate de poder competir si te inscribes. Los Campeones del año pasado no paga inscripción ya que tienen pase liberado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Categorías de Competidores &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Habrá una &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;División Masculina Abierta&lt;/span&gt; y una &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;División Femenina Abierta&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Modificaciones y Nivelaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se permitirán modificaciones de ejercicios y/o eventos. Sin embargo, cualquier impedimento para ejecutar el movimiento prescrito deja fuera de la Competencia Oficial.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Premios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Habrá paquetes de premios para los primeros lugares en ambas divisiones.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Clima y Equipamiento &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Puede que haya eventos afuera en espacios adyacentes al gimnasio. Los competidores debieran estar preparados y vestirse acordemente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Jueces&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Los Jueces Principales, en lo posible, serán Entrenadores CrossFit Nivel 1. Aunque también aceptaremos personas con experiencia previa en nuestras actividades competitivas. Todos los jueces recibirán almuerzo gratis y una polera gratis del evento.
